Yuuki is the extremely talented vocalist of Jinkaku Radio. He writes most of the music and the lyrics, if not all. Originally he started playing in bands as a guitarist, but changed to the position of vocalist.
Although he looks like a happy, goofy guy during interviews and live performances, Yuuki has a more darker side, which is reflected in his lyrics. He seems to have had a very unhappy childhood. "As a child I was extremely introverted. I have no memories of playing with friends..." he says. In his lyrics he can be cynical, writing about topics such as old people being abandoned when they grow too old to be useful for a family, or people being against wearing fur, but having no problems with eating meat.
However, in normal life he seems to love to fool around, make fun of people and laugh a whole lot. Once in a while a video featuring Yuuki is published on his blog or another website, showing him goofing off with his friends.
Yuuki's first band seems to be the band Crystallium, in which he played guitar. The vocalist was called Yossy, and together they formed SUBDUAL a little later. Both bands haven't released anything, it seems.
In 1998 the band De Stijllia started, with Yuuki on vocals. He also wrote the lyrics, and most of the music, and that's why De Stijllia sounds like a prototype of Jinkaku Radio. The band has two releases out. After De Stijllia's disbandment, he started Jinkaku Radio together with Naoki and Maya.
Together with his friend Shinichirou, the former vocalist of Hotaru and now in Jully, he started the project Kasu in 2003. He also once was the support singer of the (session) band +isolation+ once and recorded a song with them.
Yuuki also writes a column in the Hevn magazine, which he has been doing since the start of the magazine. A collection of his columns called Konnyarome was released in 2006.
His favorite food is melon, favorite drink wine and dislikes fish. He's a huge fan of the British band Radiohead, and collects everything of the band. He also seems to like the band Judy and Mary. His favorite color is red and black. On stage he wears a suit, but he seems to like jeans and t-shirts for 'normal' wear. He has a dog called Tyrol, it's a Chihuahua. Yuuki is also quite a hilarious Mako (deadman) cosplayer.
Yuuki is befriended with some other musicians, such as Shinichirou of Hotaru/Jully, and Minemura of Billy/Hana Shounen Baddies.
